250 grams of 100% pure maple sugar, fine grain. Made from unblended and single forest maple syrup. Use in place of any granulated sugar: as a sweetener to your tea, sprinkle on top of your granola, or use it in your favorite baking. Crafted at the Cosman & Webb family farm in the Eastern Townships of Southern Quebec.
