Fermented Red Chilli Paste (150g)

Once again borrowing some of the chilli pulp post-ferment (not all of it goes to the ketchup!), we blend with local extra virgin olive oil to create this fabulous fermented paste. The use of skins and seeds gives it a rich, earthy flavour with a ‘just right’ level of heat. A fantastic stir-fry- starter, the perfect addition to curry or simply slather it on any sanger that needs a lift!
